Q: What services do you offer?

Flowers (and some plants) for any occasion! Aside from arrangements and bouquets for delivery/pickup, we also offer our services for events, installs, flower crowns, editorial and anything else you can think of. We always strive to come up with new concepts like our Orchid + Flower Arrangement that has everlasting elements mixed in. We handpick limited edition vases to make sure you always have something cool and useful to keep. We thoughtfully curate everything at Casaflor and are constantly innovating to keep things fresh.

Q: Do you deliver?

Yes! We deliver to all of South Florida. Check out our delivery rates at the footer. If you don’t see your zip code listed, give us a call and we can work it out. We also offer free pickup!

Q: Am I going to receive the flowers exactly as pictured?

Never! That’s the beauty of Mother Nature. We work with Designer’s Choice Florals for the most part to give you the freshest flowers possible. The flowers pictured are just examples of what we’ve created in the past. If you have specific flower or color preferences make sure to include it in the Note in your Cart. 

We are working to provide more specific choices for you all but great things take time (especially in the uncertainty of a pandemic).

Q: Can I pick a specific delivery date & time? 

You can pick any delivery date (except Sundays- those are special requests only). At this moment, specific time requests aren’t available. 

Q: How do my flowers contribute to a cause? 

The leftover stems and petals from all fresh flower orders get delivered to the University of Miami Student Garden on a biweekly basis. There, the students get to use them as a learning opportunity when they use the flowers as compost to give nutrients to the soil. Somewhere in Miami, a part of your flower order is turning into fruits and vegetables!

Q: Do you offer Corporate Services?

Yes, we are proud to offer weekly services to retail businesses, hotels, and buildings all around South Florida.

Q: How do I take care of my flowers?

To keep your flowers and plants fresh and beautiful for longer, treat them with a little extra love and kindness following instructions from our Flower Care section.


Q: Do you offer refunds? 

Refunds are not offered at this time given the ephemeral nature of our products. However, do let us know if you are unhappy with any service or product offered and our team will be happy to assist you.
